When you purchase a Digital Art Download you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital download/file ONLY. You will not receive a physical product.
You can take the product and have it printed yourself or display it on a screen. All Digital Art Downloads are deliberately Landscape Images to allow them to display on tv's, computers and screens.
Digital Art Downloads are available in the following sizes;
A4 size is 29.7 cm x 21cm
A3 size is 42cm x 29.7cm
A2 size is 59.4 cm x 42cm
A1 size is 84.1 cm x 59.cm
For the best results in printing, select the size you wish to print.

Purchasing a digital art download from That Wall Art Shop grants you the ability to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (i.e. A “single application”). When you make a purchase you agree to only use the Digital Art Download for a single application.
By purchasing a Digital Art Download you accept, That Wall Art Shop maintains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork. The sale of the digital art download/file does not transfer ownership of that copyright to you. You cannot sell, gift or transfer the file to another person or entity.

How to print your Digital Art Download/File
Once purchased, you may print these images from your home computer or for the best results, we recommend that you use a professional printer, inks and paper. If you're unsure of how to do a quality print yourself, we recommend taking it to your local print specialist.
Colours may vary slightly due to different monitor settings and it may appear differently in print than on screen. The final print quality will depend on the printer and paper used.
All of our artworks are of a good quality and although we don't do refunds on digital art products if you're genuinely not happy with the quality, please get in touch so we can understand and help you to resolve. Customer satisfaction is a high priority for us, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need.

How long does it take to ship my order
We are a custom made to order business, which means, once you've placed your order we make it just for you. We aim to have your chosen artwork to you within 7-14 business days from the date you placed the order. However shipping can extend that timeframe to 21 days to get to Country/Regional areas. Of course we can't control the shipping time frames during peak periods (Christmas etc) and they may take longer than average so we recommend allowing extra time.
Do you provide any other frames?
At present we offer framing in Black, White or the Natural Timber. If you would prefer another frame option of these options, we recommend buying the print only and taking it to your local framer.
Do you offer express shipping?
You know what they say, "You can't rush art!". Unfortunately we do not offer express shipping at this time.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
We currently ship prints only outside of Australia (No Frames). We recommend international customers to choose the "Print Only" options and take it to your local framer for framing.
Where are the frames made?
That Wall Art Shop only provides timber frames that are ethically produced right here in Australia. We have made a conscious choice to only use Premium Frames in matte black, matte white or natural timber that are produced right here in Australia and that are all certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) as sustainably sourced. All of our frames come with 2mm acrylic as opposed to glass, which reduces the overall weight of the frame and limits the risk of breakage.

A2 seems to be the most popular choice for most people
What if I want glass instead of acrylic in my frame?
If glass is important to you, we recommend purchasing the print only option and taking it to your local framer. All of our frames come with 2mm acrylic as opposed to glass, which reduces the overall weight of the frame and limits the risk of breakage.
