Returns Policy

 

We are yet to meet an unhappy customer!  That's not to say you can't be the first, lol.  I guess I want you to know that if you are for some reason unhappy with your product, we will do whatever we can to come to a resolution you're happy with.  If that means giving you a refund.  So be it!  You're happiness as a customer of ours is way more important than money to us here at That Wall Art Shop!  So you can shop with the confidence that if you don't love it, we've got you.  All of our customers to date have loved their products and we're pretty damn proud of that. 

Damages and Issues with your order

If your order has been damaged in transit, please email us at info@thatwallartshop.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Please include a photograph and an explanation of what has occurred and once, we will arrange a replacement.  

Please if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your artwork, get in touch so that we can make it right.  We aren't a big company, we are a team of two artists and we will do everything we can to ensure you have a positive customer experience. 

Shipping Policy  

Free Shipping Australia Wide.  If you live internationally we suggest you buy the digital download and have it printed at your local print specialist.  

We aim to have your chosen artwork to you within 2-4 weeks.  You know what they say, you can't rush art!  We've chosen a supplier that provides professional high quality products and we know they are worth the wait.  If waiting isn't your thing, choose the digital download option and print it yourself for immediate satisfaction.  

We do not offer express shipping at this time.  

Please note we do not deliver frames to PO Boxes or parcel collection boxes, you must provide us with a physical address.
